Community Outreach
Inspiring the Next Generation of Rocket Scientists
We believe in sharing our passion for aerospace engineering with our community. Through workshops, demonstrations, and mentorship programs, we're building a brighter future for STEM education.
Our Outreach Events
From elementary schools to community centers, we're bringing the excitement of rocketry to everyone.

Library Outreach Event
FinishedWe hosted a hands-on outreach event centered around the upcoming Artemis II mission, where we introduced students to the basics of human spaceflight and lunar exploration. Participants built model rockets and engaged with fun, educational coloring activities designed to spark interest in rocketry and STEM.

Artemis II - Second Wet Dress Rehearsal
FinishedJoin our rocketry team for an Artemis II Wet Dress Rehearsal watch party as we witness NASA's final practice run before sending humans back to the Moon! We'll be tracking the full propellant load and the high-stakes countdown to see if the ground crews can nail the procedures for the historic March launch. Come hang out, talk shop, and watch the world's most powerful rocket come to life in real-time.

Get to Know Artemis II: Return to the Moon
FinishedLearn about the Artemis II mission, Artemis II Boarding Pass, Artemis II Virtual Guest Passport, STEM Activities & Outreaches, and Educational Videos. You can come back here, day of, to access the Google Meet link, or you can join our server for direct updates (linked at the bottom of this page along with our other socials). We look forward to seeing you!

Development of Eagles Rocketry (School Club)
FinishedMentoring Team Ad Astra (Juniors), Team Hold My Booster (Seniors), Team Intersetellar (Sophomores), Team Terminal Velocity (Freshmen), and Team Avant Garde (Freshmen) in both the American Rocketry Challenge (ARC) and Rockets4Schools (R4S) competitions.

American Rocketry Challenge Team Mentoring
FinishedMentoring the Energysmart American Rocketry Challenge team for the 2025-2026 season.

Tech Expo (Part I)
FinishedReceived the fourth place award based on our presentation of a novel simulator, called Mach Infinity, that provided a 3D reference of our past launches using Unreal Engine.

Tech Expo (Part II)
FinishedAgain, received the fourth place award based on our presentation of our Rockets4Schools payload, past rocket builds for R4S and ARC, as well as our overall presentation/booth design.

Library Outreach Event
FinishedInteractive booth featuring rocket launches, engineering challenges, and Q&A sessions about our rocketry journey.

Success Story Presentation
FinishedPresented our team's journey through the ARC and R4S to the First Robotics Challenge (FRC) team at Pascack Hills High School. Interacted with their team mentors, answered questions, and overall demonstrated our past success.

Interactive Outreach Event
FinishedPresented to intermediate student children about our team and general space information (planets, planetary motion, lightspeed, etc). Provided trivia questions and developed fun activities for students to participate in.

Rocketry Club Outreach Event
FinishedMet with the Rocketry Club at Ocean Township Middle School and taught them about general space and dove deeper into advanced rocketry concepts. Also gave them a review of our team, the NASA SLI program (that we are currently participating in), and how they could get involved in endeavors such as ARC and R4S.

FLL Outreach Event
FinishedIn coordination with FRC Team 1676 Pascack Pioneers and their FLL competition, we introduced many young engineers to rocketry, discussing the aspects of numerous competitions, showing our designs and experiments, and making new friends. Over the course of the day, we met children and adults from many backgrounds, truly opening the doors for current and future rocketeers.

Build Your Rocket w/ Santa!
FinishedWe worked with the Edison Library to bring together a Christmas event involving rockets! One of our honorary team members dressed up as Santa and together we presented our journey, general space knowledge, and helped kids build rockets of their own.
Our Impact
Making a difference in our community, one student at a time.
